FAMILY

The youngest of eight, the mother of three

that's just a small part of my family.

Four sisters, each spectacular in their own way.

Three brothers with so much knowledge and wisdom to say.

Two daughters with minds and ideas of their own;

One son who keeps me smiling at the humor he's shown.

Ten nieces, all DIVAS - Devoted, Intelligent, Virtuous, Authentic, and Sweet.

Six nephews; the most handsome, gentlemen you'd ever want to meet.

My family is the best that ever walked this earth.

Mom and Dad spoke blessings upon each of us even before our births.

From the very beginning we were purposed to be

loving, caring, sometimes loud and overbearing, adventurous and free.

God is our head and we strive to do His will.

Each of us in our own way seeks destiny to fill.

We may not always agree on the plan of attack

but as family we always have one another's back.

So let's make a vow and adhere to the plan

to always stick together holding on to God's hand.

We will always be family and we don't get a choice;

but we all play a role and we all have a voice.

So I say it proudly and I say it clear.

I say it for all of you to hear.

I LOVE YOU FAMILY and I wouldn't change a thing; 

because we all go together like warm weather in Spring.

We each make an impact on the whole Family Tree.

So keep on being family like God intended us to be.
